Anytime I sell any auctions over $2k paypal puts a hold on the money for a certain period of time. Does the new style ebay payments do this too? When my boyfriend went to check on the status of the refund, he found that eBay had put $ on hold in his PayPal account. The problem is. I had the 21 days hold with eBay but not anymore. Wonder if i have sales dropshopping will PayPal still count it as new and hold 21 days.
